We’re looking for a Discord Community Manager to help us build and nurture the most trusted community in ZK.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who lives and breathes community, understands internet culture, and knows how to make people feel seen and empowered.

what you'll do:

• Manage day-to-day interactions in the Boundless Discord and X, making every member feel like they matter through intentional replies and support.
• Manage and coordinate our all-star mod team to ensure tone, energy, and execution are on-point.
• Execute high-quality community operations, including role structures, rituals, recognition systems, and reward cycles.
• Guide community members through their Boundless path, from Berry to Proven Berry, and oversee their progression with care and clarity.
• Curate and empower a global group of regional ambassadors, turning them into true stewards of the Boundless vision.
• Execute operations for a Boundless ambassador program in the future
• Collaborate with our Community & Socials Lead to relay community insights, close feedback loops, and co-create magic.

you're probably someone who:

• Has 1–2 years experience managing crypto or infrastructure communities in Discord and X, with extensive admin capabilties
• Has strong written communication skills (bonus if you’re a reply guy on X or a general memelord).
• Is energized by supporting others and scaling systems that reward meaningful participation.
• Loves Discord, understands X dynamics, and has ideas for taking both to the next level.
• Is calm under pressure, clear in chaos, and deeply curious about ZK and emerging infra.
• Bonus: has experience working across timezones and with async ops.
